As a home infusion provider, it is beneficial to optimize the workspace of where supplies are picked and packed for delivery.  Building and maintaining an efficient workflow is essential for meeting delivery deadlines, performance metrics, and patient satisfaction.  This session aims to provide learners with best practices in managing the pick/pack workflows to meet operational goals.
