Brenda Gray, a pharmacist for over 25 years, is Owner and Senior Pharmacist Consultant for Clinical Pharmacy Partners, Board of Director/President-Elect for VACC, past Board member for Canadian Vascular Access Association and National Board Nutrition Support Certification. She has served as a pharmacy and nursing accreditation surveyor, educator and consultant. Her professional career has been complimented by multiple publications and presentations internationally including recent publications on subcutaneous infusions, home parenteral nutrition and conducting online research She has board certification in nutrition support, vascular access and sterile compounding. She also served as a leader on the guideline development group for Infusion and Vascular Access Guidelines for Canada. Her special interests in addition to nutrition is disaster preparedness and disability advocacy. She manages her own challenges daily while supporting others. Twelve years ago she also gained additional expertise as she became a long-term parenteral nutrition consumer and infusion pharmacy user.

Melissa Hughey, MS, RD, LD, CNSC is a Principal Medical Liaison in Adult Clinical Nutrition with Baxter International Inc. Before joining Baxter in February of 2024, Melissa had the opportunity to serve some of the highest acuity critical care patients in the state of Alabama, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Support care. She also has experience in Intestinal Failure as well as in the Home Infusion setting. Melissa is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) where she received her BS in Nutrition as well as the University of Southern Mississippi where she completed both her MS in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship. She actively contributes to her field by volunteering on committees for the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and the National Home Infusion Association.

Moore is a dedicated leader with 30+ years of nursing experience, including hospital, community home health, education, home infusion, and leadership. Moore leads a team of 100+ nurses who manage over 1,700 patients, emphasizing excellence in clinical practice and a focus on patient experience.
Before Fairview Home Infusion, Moore led a multidisciplinary team in steering accountability for patient care and optimal financial and operational outcomes as the Clinical Manager of Home Health and Hospice at North Memorial Health Care. Within this role, Moore leveraged financial acumen to manage a constrained operating budget that yielded maximum labor productivity and efficiency.
Additionally, Moore has been a Clinical Educator at North Memorial Health Care's Center for Nursing Excellence, where she structured educational courses to enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and judgment of nurses and other staff to amplify overall performance. Moore was a National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) Education Committee member and a featured speaker at the 2018 and 2023 NHIA Conferences.
