Kristen is the Home Infusion Pharmacy Operations Manager, responsible for the daily operations of the OHSU Home Infusion Pharmacy. Her professional interests include sterile compounding, the leverage of technology for quality improvement processes, and the intersection of pharmacy informatics and pharmacy practice.

Cassandra Redmond is a skilled System Director with expertise in managing complex projects, implementing strategies, and leading cross-functional initiatives. She focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies, patient safety, and system security, achieving impactful results across healthcare settings. Notable accomplishments include driving exponential growth in home infusion services and fostering innovation to address emerging challenges.

Cassandra earned her PharmD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and an MBA from Holy Family University. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Her practice experience spans home infusion therapy, health systems, community pharmacy, and hospice care—offering a broad perspective on evolving healthcare needs.

Brenda Gray, a pharmacist for over 25 years, is Owner and Senior Pharmacist Consultant for Clinical Pharmacy Partners, Board of Director/President-Elect for VACC, past Board member for Canadian Vascular Access Association and National Board Nutrition Support Certification. She has served as a pharmacy and nursing accreditation surveyor, educator and consultant. Her professional career has been complimented by multiple publications and presentations internationally including recent publications on subcutaneous infusions, home parenteral nutrition and conducting online research She has board certification in nutrition support, vascular access and sterile compounding. She also served as a leader on the guideline development group for Infusion and Vascular Access Guidelines for Canada.  Her special interests in addition to nutrition is disaster preparedness and disability advocacy. She manages her own challenges daily while supporting others. Twelve years ago she also gained additional expertise as she became a long-term parenteral nutrition consumer and infusion pharmacy user.

Melissa Hughey, MS, RD, LD, CNSC is a Principal Medical Liaison in Adult Clinical Nutrition with Baxter International Inc. Before joining Baxter in February of 2024, Melissa had the opportunity to serve some of the highest acuity critical care patients in the state of Alabama, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Support care. She also has experience in Intestinal Failure as well as in the Home Infusion setting. Melissa is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) where she received her BS in Nutrition as well as the University of Southern Mississippi where she completed both her MS in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship. She actively contributes to her field by volunteering on committees for the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and the National Home Infusion Association.

Eintou Ford, MS, PharmD is Pharmacy Manager at UNC Homecare Specialists in Durham, North Carolina. She has experience as a clinical infusion pharmacist and in research laboratories. Ford has served as a preceptor for several pharmacy college students and has numerous publications and speaking engagements to her credit. She serves on NHIA's Education Committee and is a member of ASHP and the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists. Ford received her B.S. in Biology from Norfolk State University, graduating cum laude, a M.S. in Biology from North Carolina Central University, and a Pharm.D. from Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Buies Creek, North Carolina.

Ashley Langer is a dedicated Pharmacy Technician with extensive experience in the field of home infusion over the last 10 years and is currently working for Option Care Health as a Pharmacy Technician Training Specialist. Holding both a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and a Certified Sterile Pharmacy Technician (CSPT) certification, Ashley plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

With a deep passion for educating others, Ashley thrives in mentoring not only fellow pharmacy technicians but pharmacist as well in providing valuable guidance to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Whether it's assisting with the preparation of intravenous medications or offering support in patient education, Ashley is committed to excellence in all aspects of the job.

With a strong commitment to patient care, and ongoing professional development, Ashley continues to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare community.

Christine Moore, RN BSN, PHN, Director of Nursing, Fairview Home Infusion.

Moore is a dedicated leader with 30+ years of nursing experience, including hospital, community home health, education, home infusion, and leadership. Moore leads a team of 100+ nurses who manage over 1,700 patients, emphasizing excellence in clinical practice and a focus on patient experience.
Before Fairview Home Infusion, Moore led a multidisciplinary team in steering accountability for patient care and optimal financial and operational outcomes as the Clinical Manager of Home Health and Hospice at North Memorial Health Care. Within this role, Moore leveraged financial acumen to manage a constrained operating budget that yielded maximum labor productivity and efficiency.

Additionally, Moore has been a Clinical Educator at North Memorial Health Care's Center for Nursing Excellence, where she structured educational courses to enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and judgment of nurses and other staff to amplify overall performance. Moore was a National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) Education Committee member and a featured speaker at the 2018 and 2023 NHIA Conferences. Moore holds memberships in the Association for Vascular Access, Infusion Nurses Society, National Home Infusion Association, and the Oncology Nursing Society
Moore received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN.

Chris Roy, PharmD, BCSCP, began his career with Option Care Health in 2018 as a PGY-1 resident. Since that point, he has held roles as a Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Supervisor, and currently is the Pharmacist Training Specialist with Option Care Health. Chris believes that proper training and education are key to the future of the pharmacy profession and necessary to further the home infusion industry.
