Nurses will learn how to embrace feedback as a tool for continuous learning, celebrate progress, and foster a culture of curiosity and clinical excellence.
- Describe effective communication techniques for giving and receiving feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Learn how to receive and respond to feedback with calm, confidence, and a learning mindset, using simple techniques to stay grounded, understand the message, and grow from the experience.

Nurse Bytes: Self-Assessment: When Is It Time to Ask for Help
This session empowers home infusion nurses to recognize when to seek support—whether facing clinical uncertainty, emotional fatigue, or complex patient needs. Participants will explore how timely collaboration and open communication strengthen safety, confidence, and quality of care in the home setting.
- Describe common scenarios where seeking support is essential (clinical uncertainty, emotional fatigue/burnout, and complex patient needs).

With a background as a registered nurse and extensive leadership experience, I specialize in operational efficiency, workforce management, and patient-centered care. My expertise lies in creating high-performing, engaged teams and managing successfully through change and strategic growth.
I have a diverse career background, including bedside care, agency management, sales and marketing, staff development and training, HR, and business operations/finances. My coworkers describe me as collaborative, professional, and innovative. I am a problem solver with a keen ability to find efficiencies and drive standardization across large-scale operations.
