Infusion pumps are a financial investment for any organization. There are many challenges that present itself when managing home infusion pumps: inventory, financial loss, retrieval, and maintenance. This session aims to provide learners with efficient steps to manage the pump process.

Mark has held various finance and accounting roles in multiple industries for the majority of my 35 year career, focusing on mergers and acquisitions for private equity owned entities. He has worked in the Home Infusion industry since 2014 where he transitioned into Strategic Operations role to manage KPIs and Dashboards, perform financial analysis by combining data from various systems, and manage the asset management program (enteral and infusion pumps) with over 50,000 pieces of equipment.
