Come celebrate this year's excellence in research as we present the 2023 NHIF Outstanding Abstract Achievement Award. This year, we have over 30 posters that will be on display at the Annual Conference and Expo being held March 25-29, 2023. These finalists were chosen as the top 6 to compete for this distinguished award. Each lead author will have 8 minutes to present their research to a panel of industry judges as well as display their poster at the annual conference. The winner will be announced during our third general session on March 28, 2023.

Jennifer is a PharmD candidate at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy (Class of 2024). She is interested in home infusion therapy and pharmacy operations and management. She currently works at Duke HomeCare & Hospice and previously interned at the Johns Hopkins Home Care Group. Before pharmacy school, she studied Biological Chemistry and Chinese Language and Literature at Dartmouth College, then worked as an Associate at Kinexum Services LLC.

Dr. Ashley McCracken completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Colorado and subsequently her MBA and two-year Community-Based Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency at Johns Hopkins Home Care Group. Ashley currently works as a Clinical Pharmacy Project Manager for Johns Hopkins Home Care Group overseeing many pharmacy department strategic initiatives, one of which includes, optimization of site of care navigation across Johns Hopkins Medicine ambulatory infusion centers.

Christina Ritchey, MS, RD, LD, CNSC, FASPEN is a Clinical Program Manager at Optum Infusion Pharmacy. She is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, working in the home infusion industry since 2009. She has authored numerous abstracts and publications related to nutrition support, outcomes, health equity and literacy. Christina is the recipient of the 2021 NHIF Outstanding Abstract Award and 2022 ASPEN Home Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Trailblazer award. Christina serves on the NHIA Clinical Practice Committee and ASPEN Publications and Membership Committees. She is also the President of the Texas Alamo Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
